Kids Capers Childcare Samford embraces and contributes to the township, the people, and the history, allowing children to grow and become an active member of their wider community, and an informed citizen of the world in which they live.

Our Children

We view all children as capable individuals and offer them the tools and guidance to build resilience and to be resourceful in their learning journey as they grow and develop through play. The essence of our practice stems from the children’s ideas, interests and knowledge. We believe in mindfully teaching the children in a holistic manner and understand that nature play not only instils a sense of wonder, that it also stimulates creativity and imagination. This professional practice creates an equilibrium between the mind, body, soul and earth itself.

Our Families

We pride ourselves on building positive and collaborative relationships with all families, embracing them, their knowledge, and their cultures. This enables us to build a mutual trust and inclusive environment, achieving the best outcomes for the children.

Our Educators

In our role of supporting parenting, we build positive, respectful and trusting relationships as we get to know each child and their family throughout their journey with Kids Capers. We pride ourselves on building up and fostering positive and supportive relationships with the families, children and within the wider community. Having genuine interactions, we really listen to our families and support the children and each other, while we welcome all cultures and believe that teamwork allows us to create our village and extended community for all.

Our Community

We engage with our community and place emphasis on the core values of our families. Our safe and nurturing environments are unique and are created to extend an invitation to the children to engage all their senses. Our busk kindy program allows the children to piece together the world around them, respect to the land, on which we learn and play on. This enables us to educate and share the core values of the community, looking after the world in which we live by learning how to care for country and respect the natural environments and embed sustainable and environmental practices.

Our leadership team is passionate about the importance of qualiy connections with our children, families, educators and the community. Our share vision enables us to create and implement changes that benefit all stakeholders within the service and that helps to drive our passion for continuous improvement.
